All classes can be taught in English, French and Chinese.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Ideally, shoes should have thin soles. Bring a bottle of water. During class please turn cellphone ringers off or on the vibrate mode.
Group classes can be organized upon request and availability of teachers. We have experience in teaching group classes to community centers, hotels, schools, senior citizen homes, & hospitals etc.
For Private groups (1 to 10 participants): $70 per hour, organizer must provide the location. Add $6 for each additional person.
