Il est accessible a tous et s\u2019apprend facilement. Les s\u00e9quences sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement courtes et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es plusieurs fois.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du Qi Gong permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre et la Sant\u00e9 et permet d\u2019augmenter le Qi, \u00e9nergie vitale \u00e0 la base de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Le Qi Gong permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la Sant\u00e9 dans une certaine mesure.
