Il am\u00e8ne de l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre dans la vie et permet de faire le lien entre le corps et l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">La forme Yang est compos\u00e9e de trois (3) parties. Les \u00e9tudiants qui d\u00e9butent avec le Club de Tai Chi doivent commencer au niveau\u00a0d\u00e9butant, o\u00f9 ils apprendront la partie 1. Lorsque l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 cette partie, il peut s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 la partie suivante, soit la partie 2 et par la suite \u00e0 la partie 3. Apr\u00e8s avoir compl\u00e9t\u00e9 les 3 parties, l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant conna\u00eet toute la forme de Tai Chi et peut s&rsquo;inscrire au cours de Tai Chi au niveau Continu ou Avanc\u00e9.
