On utilise deux b\u00e2tons de bois ou de bambou pour ex\u00e9cuter la forme. Selon certains \u00e9crits, Ma\u00eetre Tung Huling aurait d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cette forme car les armes (\u00e9p\u00e9es) \u00e9taient interdites \u00e0 Hong Kong.
