Join us starting the week of September 15 for a new session of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

Beginners’ classes — Offered in Brossard and Montreal
Brossard (morning classes)
Tai Chi: Monday, Thursday and Saturday
Qi Gong: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Montréal (Chinatown)
Tai Chi: Tuesday and Thursday at 18h30

Why practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong?

A thousand-year-old Chinese discipline, Tai Chi is recognized for its benefits
on physical and mental health.

At Tai Chi Club, a non-profit organization, you will learn at your own pace under
the guidance of Sifu Grace Chui, who was introduced to Tai Chi as a child by her father,
Master Chui Lap Kan.

Our classes are open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike, and include:

  • Learning the Hao form
  • Pushing hands (Tuishou)
  • Weapons practice (for advanced levels)
