Why practice Tai Chi and Qi Gong?
A thousand-year-old Chinese discipline, Tai Chi is recognized for its benefits
on physical and mental health.
At Tai Chi Club, a non-profit organization, you will learn at your own pace under
the guidance of Sifu Grace Chui, who was introduced to Tai Chi as a child by her father,
Master Chui Lap Kan.
Our classes are open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike, and include:
- Learning the Hao form
- Pushing hands (Tuishou)
- Weapons practice (for advanced levels)
