FORMS TAUGHT
The Tai Chi Club teaches the traditional Yang form consisting of 108 movements (81 excluding repetitions) based on the teachings of Sifu Chui Oi Ching Grace, 3rd generation of Grand Master Tung Ying-chieh.
The Hao, Sword, Sabre, Fast Tai Chi, Fa Jin, and Two Stick forms are taught at advanced levels and in seminars.
